Refund policy

We Have a 14 Day Return Policy 

Ordered the wrong item? Or not happy with the product? Email us at support@moderncomfortliving.co.uk quoting your order number within 14 days from the day after delivery to return your order.

Once your return has been agreed you can then send the product back to us via a secure courier, this must be done within 14 days. You’ll need to arrange and pay for a courier and you should also make sure the product is insured with the courier and securely packaged for the journey.

Once we've received the product back, we’ll check it over and then contact you with the next steps. 

Please note that if the item has been used we will only make a partial refund to cover the diminished value of the product.

For health & hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns on the following items unless they are unopened and sealed in the original packaging (or if they are faulty) : Mattresses, Sofas

Bespoke and made to measure items can not be returned but please contact us if you have any problems and we will do our best to resolve them.

My product arrived damaged

Please contact us immediately by email at support@moderncomfortliving.co.uk  to report any damage and we will let you know of the next steps. Please include clear pictures of the damaged items if possible.

It's rare that a product arrives damaged but if it does you can refuse the item at the point of delivery and it will be returned with the driver. Please take pictures of the damaged item if that is possible.

Missing parts or faulty items

Please contact us immediately by email at support@moderncomfortliving.co.uk and we will make arrangements to repair or replace the faulty/missing parts or products.
